WELCOME!
PHOTOSOCIAL is among the best examples of Community over Competition here in the Midwest! What began as a few photographers and models gathering for some summer fun at the lake quickly grew into an amazing environment for all levels of experience to be able to come together and network, support, and learn from one another.

In an effort to maintain a cohesive, unified experience for those across the many miles attending these TfP events and MeetUps, PS currently operates in TWO networks to better serve the wants and needs of interested parties:
neKS CHAPTER and swMO CHAPTER, with the potential to grow additional markets as the needs arise.
​
All of the PHOTOSOCIAL events and MeetUps are intended to be free or minimal-cost to help promote the inclusion of Creatives in these areas without significant financial hurdles for the many volunteers and attendees.

The original: neKS CHAPTER, is based in the North Eastern division of Kansas and is lead by Mallory Cook, of Mallory Cook Creative. This network has been previously hosting events such as "Farewell to Summer XX" and others for a number of years prior to formally becoming PHOTOSOCIAL.

neKS CHAPTER includes locations, volunteers, and attendees from the following areas:

The newest addition: swMO CHAPTER, is based in the South Western region of Missouri, the neighboring sister state of the original neKS CHAPTER. Currently undergoing some fine-tuning, this group will be lead after narrowing down selections soon. As with all subsequent groups of PS, this will operate under the coordinated umbrella of PS events and MeetUps in general structure, however there will be different aspects unique to this particular group, as this is specific as attendees, volunteers, and locations vary.
